This Nando’s has a lovely decor, welcoming staff and quick service. The meal we had was lovely and enjoyable, but within both chicken wraps there was not enough chicken. In one side of my wrap I only had one slice, this was the first time I experienced a chicken wrap from Nando’s without enough chicken. I felt due to them specialise in chicken dishes, to not have chicken in a order was a bit silly. This is the only thing I could point to and would say all round our experience was lovely with lovely staff.

Clean and tidy modern restaurant with mostly friendly staff (the waiter who greeted and showed us to our table came across like he'd just woken up). Standard, excellent quality of food that you'd expect from Nandos, not much else to say! Great decor throughout and a reliable dining spot.

One of my first restaurants I went to while visiting England. I was surprised how cheap and plentiful the food was. Very delicious. You can try many sauces to put on your chicken. Staff was friendly. 28/7/21: We so love Nando's and haven't been until now here in Worcester. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We got a table immediately and masks were left to the discretion of the diners. The cleansing station is still in place and the onus is on the visiting clients. This Nando's in Worcester had a very Portuguese African ethnic feel and decor which was lovely to see and feel especially with the African Portuguese artwork around on the interior walls to accentuate this. Also lots of African Portuguese music playing in the background was uplifting and pleasantly different. The toilets were spotlessly clean and warmly decorated too. A BIG THANK YOU and HUGE SHOUT OUT to CARLTON and PATRICK (Patriçio) for their amazing service and friendliness, nice one lads 👍👏👏👏👊! You're both stars and legends....👍 (the canal boat couple) We had the peri-peri chicken with me opting for the "EXTRA HOT" one. We loved our meal and the chicken was delicious and perfect along with the peri-salted chips. My green salad was very fresh and tasty and the coleslaw was creamy and delicious too. For drinks, I had a bottle of the Portuguese "Sagres" beer/lager whilst the better half had a bottle of the absolutely amazing Portuguese 2018 Rose "Cara Viva", wow and what an excellent Rose wine.. My better half ordered a bottle by mistake instead of a large glass of this Rose so I had to obligingly help her drink it...perfect darling, thanks..oops!! For pudding, I had two Portuguese "pasteis de nata/custard tarts" whilst my better half had the absolutely delicious "White Choc and Raspberry cheesecake" THANKS NANDO'S "WORCESTER" for a most delicious chicken meal, yummy puddings and a great evening at your Nando's restaurant...keep up the excellent food, service and your staff were amazing and absolute stars! 👏👏👏

Came as we had a free gift card to use. This isn't my first choice of restaurant based on a previous bad experience in a Nandos. However the place is nice inside and the staff were friendly. I guess my dislike with Nandos is the food and the need to use an app or go to the till to order. This would be fine if it means lower prices. However it all seems a bit overpriced for the food that you get. I would much prefer the food in pub for this price and get some decent beer at the same time. However if you are a kid or have kids this might serve a purpose. Enjoy

Thankfully they cater for everyone now, and got to admit that the vegey and vegan options are pretty good. Good potion sizes too, was stuffed! It's great to have a another restaurant to add to the selection.

I've been to this Nando's a few times and I've been generally impressed with the quality, cleanliness and service provided. Ordering was quick and food arrived quickly and hot. I think their chips have gone downhill recently and don't have much crisp to them but the chicken remains consistently good. The only downside to this particular visit (06/05) was that the all you can eat frozen yoghurt wasn't available, given that this is one of the major reasons we go to Nando's (for our toddler) we were left underwhelmed by the alternatives. The other concerning thing was the the COSHH cupboard was left unlocked! Not ideal.

You would think all Nandos are equal. They're not. Worcester Nandos consistently produces moist chicken cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. Other branches have sometimes disappointed with dry overcooked chicken.

We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, following my son's graduation. There were 14 of us in total and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. We didn't wait long at all and were able to sit together for our meal. Although there were a couple of minor misses with our food order, considering we made 6 separate orders between us they still managed to do really well at bringing it at the same time. The minor mistakes were compensated with extra sides and a smile. The food was delicious. All in all a good experience and a family of empty plates is always good! Even Granny didn't complain 😉.

The restaurant has always been lovely and clean every time I've visited. All the staff seem lovely and eager to help where they can. The food there is absolutely wonderful, plenty of variety for people like me who can only deal with a tiny bit of spice. The desserts are a lovely palate cleanser

This is my go to place when I wish to go out and eat. The place is spotless from the tables to the bathroom. The staff is always welcoming and happy, well presented and helpful. First time i have been to Nando's since the lockdown started last March. The team were really helpful explaining how to place your orders via the QR code linked into the app. My order sailed through, but my friend struggled. Luckily, one of the staff was good enough to take her order for her. All food, drink, sauces and cutlery are brought to you now. If you need a refill they will do that for you too to avoid mingling of customers. I cant fault Nando's. I have never had a bad experience and given the social distance challenges we are still experiencing atm theyve risen to the challenge.

Poor value for money. You get a thimbleful of rice which you can swallow in three forkfuls, but strangely you get a big box full if you have a takeaway. Chicken's fine, it all tastes great, chips included. Always go for the half chicken though and use the loyalty stamp cards! The wings are a total rip-off. The coleslaw rocks. Staff are cute and quirky and helpful though, and the location is ideal.

I have tried Nando's three times In 10 years. Never been a dan and could never understand why the only menu item is bloody chicken. And then I went to the gym yesterday and needed a protein boost. I had 1/4 Peri Peri Chicken with chips and it was amazing. I asked for medium hot and it was cooked perfectly and the chicken fell off the bone and the bottle of sagres went down perfectly. I have to admit my experience may have been because I went to the gym and needed a boost, but I dont think so. Four stars this time, and I may even be a convert.

I would say that this restaurant is in the top 10% when it comes to NANDOS restaurants I've visited. The only other decent ones I've experienced was in the Merry Hill shopping centre, the one in Chiswick, London is good and the one in Vauxhall London is quite superb.
