From the time we walked in we were welcomed with a warm friendly smile (sorry didn't get the name of the guy who welcomed us). The service fast, food was good. Our waitress seemed a little nervous and kept forgetting to get us cutlery and hand tissues. But overall I definitely would recommend and will be back again if in the area.

Poppins is my favourite breakfast place. Food tastes delicious and customer service always good. Highly recommend this place !!! I still remember last time when I was at Poppins and it was raining heavily ! The manager lent me an umbrella, I was appreciated that .

31 August 2021: Walking around Worcester city centre was a delight but as we were approaching the lunchtime hour, both my friend and I just wanted a nice proper English breakfast with good coffee too. He remembered that Poppins do really good all day breakfasts and eventually we found it....and my friend is supposedly from Worcester..Haha he could have found it quicker as my stomach was rumbling for some good ol proper "English fry up" or a great traditional English breakfast! What a delicious breakfast and Poppins is a real gem...real traditional cafe like it should be and no wonder it was really busy and full. Kaan managed to find us a table near the kitchen and it was perfect. The smells of real English Breakfast were wafting over to us and we couldn't wait to get our breakfast! And wow, was it delicious or what, yup!! Thanks KAAN for your friendly welcome and service and the amazing English breakfast as it should be...beans, crispy bacon, yummy sausage, black pudding, perfect runny egg and all the rest..... A big thank you to the rest of the staff as well including the cooks/chefs too!! Highly recommend this cafe and this is what a proper traditional cafe should be like! We'll be back most definitely when in and around Worcester city centre again!

To he honest I don’t think you can find better staff in the whole of Worcester. The place runs like clockwork as the manager is so efficient and the rest of the staff especially Jade, are very kind and helpful. The food is always freshly cooked and tasty we come here regularly for breakfast and lunch and would highly recommend a visit.

The barista is far superior compared to any other in Worcester. If you understand coffee and aprechiate a real top quality cup that only realy great barista can make, than this is your place for breakfast, snack, brunch or even just a coffee. We had a few days in Worcester recently and had breakfast here each day. The food was beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean with good toilets. We were offered a very warm welcome every day and all the staff were extremely friendly, especially the host who even remembered our preferences! Difficult to imagine anywhere better in Worcester.

Lovely place to bave breakfast. Staff are polite and very attentive, however during our visit the waiter bought us the wrong meal. We weren't even aware of it, until the waiter told us, the plate was taken away and given to the other table that was theirs. But it didn't affect the overall experience and the food was great!

Fancied a greasy spoon fry up and wasn't disappointed. They changed the menu to suit us and were very friendly. Salubrious it ain't but it's perfectly fine inside and clean. Things you should know - the sausages couldn't be cheaper, deep fried obvs. Mushrooms were fresh, deep fried again. The black pudding was good if you like it. Hash browns from frozen - good!!! Eggs cooked perfectly. Option fresh or tinned tomatoes. Wish I'd asked for brown toast. Decent coffee.

Went for breakfast this morning staff couldn't be more accommodating, when we arrived with our pushchair they seated us right away without issue even though it was very busy. I'm vegetarian dairy and soya free due to breast feeding my little one who has an intolerance the staff where super helpful with checking what I could and couldn't have on the menu and happily swapped the things I couldn't eat to make up a wonderful breakfast. Once our food arrived we also asked if we could swap tables now it was a little quieter so I could feed my little one in the corner rather than In the middle of the restaurant. The staff where so attentive and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Eating out since my little one arrived has been very difficult due to all the things I can't eat, they did a great job at making me feel comfortable and making sure I had a lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend 😊

For a change I wasn't delivering. My wife and I were greeted with a smile and asked to choose a table where we ordered 2 full English breakfasts. The waitress was really helpful and explained that we could change the items on the menu to suit our needs. The meal arrived freshly cooked with a pot of tea and toast. The premises were nicely decorated and well layed out. The cooking areas where clean and the toilets nice and clean. We both enjoyed and polished off our breakfasts and I thanked the owner and the staff for a very nice service leaving them with a nice tip. Well worth visiting.

Called into this lovely cafe during the Victorian Street Fayre 4 December 2021. Family of 4 adults, wife in wheelchair due to hip operation. Made totally welcome by the owner. Great food and great value for money. It is alot of breakfast options and main meal selection is good although not the healthiest but if that's what you are looking for you its perfect. The manager is always so friendly and the staff can't do enough for you .

This place was amazing !!!! The food was so good and the range of it even better.the portions of the food are very good and should easily fill you up. The kids menu was both good and funny, "pizza pan" was one the kids meals, it consisted of pizza and chips. The price for the was amazing as well, you could a big sized meal and a drink or two (depending what drink) for under £10. There was also a wide range of snacks and deserts which all look amazing (I didn't have any however as I was to full from the meal). This chain has many many locations already but I feel that it needs to be everywhere. Also the staff and very friendly and attentive. 100% would come again and again and again.

Since lockdown was lifted, I have travelled by train from Alvechurch to Worcester for a day out by the River and have always popped into Poppins for something to eat, and have never been disappointed in the food or service. Track and Trace has been carried out correctly. Today's visit was finally to try the Ploughman's Special. Presentation of this was faultless. Served on a large wooden board, it was extremely tasty and well worth the money Will be definitely travelling over again
