Best experience of any chain restaurant. Billy, Katy and adene were fantastic, so friendly, so efficient. Nothing too much trouble and everything done with smile and grace. A great, affordable menu with attentive staff. Keep coming back here year after year. I’ve never been disappointed from dining here. Occasions have been a casual meet, work nights out and family meals with children. Each visit has been treated equally and brilliantly by the staff. The food was ok and the place had a nice decor. The staff was really good and did their best but the management did nothing to help them and left them alone on the floor with faulty equipment and lack of crockery. The staff run out of glasses and we had to wait 60min for our wine. We were also served extras as raw ingredients on the side instead of having them cooked in the dish. Overall, we believe the management needs some self reflection and improvement and the serving staff needs a raise and a bonus.

Food was outstanding as usual. Very disappointed with the staff. We were to witness the older staff being very disrespectful to a younger member of staff called Alex. We found him very happy, and polite, and he couldn't do enough for us. But staff were speaking to him like rubbish. I feel so sorry for the younger generation. Stopped for coffee outside in the sunshine and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Coffee was really good, hot, and served in insulated glass cup so it stayed hot. Highly recommended

Lovely staff, lovely food, always consistent. Ask to be seated in the room on it’s side if you can (off to the left as you enter) it’s very fun eating in a room with chandeliers and the floor on the walls!

Food and service were excellent and the waitress was very attentive. No complaints there. I don't usually tip but I had no problems with paying the optional 10% tip (already added to the total) However the premises needs attention. Dirty bench seats, dirty carpet going upstairs, toilets also need attention with broken knobs, loose taps and damaged wall. Going back downstairs and there was a stack of dirty plates left on the stairs, waiting to go down stairs I assume. At the bottom of the stairs there is some weird wall art of hands sticking out the wall with numerous fingers missing... The more I looked round, the more shabby the place appeared.

Had a fairly nice visit to Zizzi recently, overall the staff were very friendly and quick to serve us despite it being a busy Monday evening. The food was good for Zizzi's, can't go too wrong with oven baked pizza and pasta. Overall though the food didn't blow me away, I'd recommend Benedicto's round the corner if want a more authentic (and tasty) Italian experience. As always when I visit any Zizzi's I would never pay the full menu price listed, on this occasion I had a voucher.

Ok So why were we not offered a sweet???? Nibbles : Olives : Breads sounds simple: but they were excellent served on there own so added the soul breads with balsamic warm and delicious Bruccheta starter delicious Main : Spaghetti Bologna delicious First time here food great tasty ambience just right bustling just how it should be So would of got 5 stars but customers seem to dissappear around 920pm felt rushed then as they close 10pm Hence offered no sweet Shame Staff lovely prices in line with other local restaurants Tip: if only have half hour before closing you must offer a Sweet ? Just came back from Italy Amalfi coast where the world famous Limoncello is produced would have loved to try the Limoncello Tart but Zizi rushed us out Very good evening

A busy valentines night, good atmosphere. Food was quite nice, we went with the valentines day set menu, and there was a good choice of options. service and wait for food was a little long, but they were really busy, considering the night it was, so maybe it's not usually like that. Will definitely go back, but try a quieter night!

We came here for a works dinner. It was fantastic, well catered for and our work bubble was away from the crowds. I had gluten free linguine with prawns as my main which was fantastic, a lovely spicey sauce full of flavour. It was a fun night, and all courses flowed as well as the drinks. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit today. Our waiter was exceptional. He was attentive, explained everything very well as it was our first visit since covid. We were only sorry we couldn't leave him a tip as didn't have any cash and couldn't leave one on the card machine. Chips had run out but made up for an extra chococino for the bambino's sister. 2pm lunch with a good work friend. Really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly and attentive as well as making sure people are adhering to social distancing and hygiene for covid. Drinks and food were very nice. 2 mojito's. 1 large roasted pasta main & some garlic bread and 1 chorizo & meatball rustica flatbread pizza and herb potatoes. Lots of food for two people. So we couldn't manage desert, unfortunately! Food was lovely and fresh. Very tasty & the waiter took time to recommend a balsamic dressing for the pizza. Didn't realise the meal was 50% off due to the government help / eat out scheme. So I was further more impressed when the bill arrived at -£30. Would of course recommend again. No issues at all. Was busy. I guess due to the scheme?? So I'd recommend booking ahead. But we had no issues with waiting for anything. The meal and service was very good.

A nice meal but for some reason it didn't seem as good as the pre-covid Zizzi. The ordering link wasn't working but table service was fine. The menu seemed limited compared to previous visits and the pizzas were good by anyone elses standard but not as good as we remember. Will try again!

Never been to Zizzi till August. I met with a lovely lady on the entrance and informed her our friends were on the m5. I had already pushed it the timing back. Food was nice, lacked a little flavour but nice. I would return here. Overall a great visit!

Called in about 8.30pm on new years eve expecting not to get a table as we hadn't booked. We were taken straight to a table and made to feel very welcome. Went on a Friday. The place was full to the brim and they didn't have enough waiting or kitchen staff on to handle the numbers. I didn't look at the exact time but it took nearly an hour for someone to take our food order. And whenever we wanted things like drinks/food/the bill it would take 10-15 minutes to flag a waiter down. The food was decent though and my friend had signed up to their mailing list so she got about £40 of free food and drink for her birthday. So that was nice. And it would probably have been much better on a quieter night.

A very lovely atmosphere with friendly, approachable staff. The decor is satisfactory. The starters are absolutely immaculate and I wouldn't change them at all 😉 In terms of the mains, I had a Pinoli pizza. All I can say is that balsamic onions do NOT belong on a pizza - it just tastes too tangy and gross. But the rest of the food looked lovely and delicious. At least I know what to not order on my next visit ☺️

Been here a few times now & am never disappointed with the food or service. There is a good range on the menu, so there should be something for every taste & they're happy to adjust a dish to your taste (within reason). Staff are attentive but not over the top, so you can enjoy your meal but they're there if you need them. One of my favourite places to eat.

We like Zizzi. The food is usually great, the staff are usually very pleasant, and we usually have a good time. However, this time it was truly five star for the service alone. We attended a wedding breakfast at Zizzi Worcester, and the staff were just brilliant. They checked and rechecked orders to make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted; they went above and beyond for guests with complex allergies; everything went really smoothly and the drinks flowed nicely as well ;) all in all, the food was the same as every other Zizzi, as you might expect, but the staff really made it memorable.

Booked for 19:00 and waited 15 mins before being seated. Waited another 25 mins before our starters arrived. Upon arrival, my pizza main course wasn't what I ordered, and had to wait another 10 minutes for the pizza I did order. However, Zizzis dealt with the issues professionally; they didn't charge for our toppings and drinks, and we got to take home the unordered pizza to have for lunch tomorrow. Well handled Zizzis, and the food was excellent.... eventually.

Outstanding!!! We arrived 40 mins early and they were happy to seat us, starters were out with a fantastic thumbs up, next to follow in perfect timing was the mains.. de-dam-licious. To finish off were the deserts. All absolutely wonderful. Service was spot on, very welcoming and friendly staff (sorry didn't get names) when entering we were seated to the left, window seats much to our liking. Drinks were so delicious, (I had raspberry and mint soft drink, highly recommended) all from start to finish, couldn't praise them more. Will definitely recommend and we will return in the future. There are several Italian style restaurants in Worcester town centre, and the reason for choosing Zizzi's was that they offer alternative main courses in addition to the run-of-the-mill pasta and pizza. The place is very popular, and has a good atmosphere. The service is extremely polite and professional. I was therefore rather disappointed to receive severely overcooked sea bass and vegetables that had been nearly reduced to mush. However, I must complement the front of house in how he handled my complaint about the overcooking - very professional in refusing to charge for the dish. I can also complement the restaurant on the quality of the espresso - probably the best that I have sampled outside of Italy or Sweden. Summary: I will definitely try again - this may have been a one-off glitch.

It is what it is: decent chain Italian food. We are lucky in Worcester to have a very good Zizzi's. Having eaten at a few across the country this is definitely a good one. Staff are friendly and attentive, and prices can nearly always be brought down by searching around for some voucher codes before you go!

You know you've made it when you have your own branded cutlery. This is true of Zizzi's a perfectly respectable Italian chain restaurant offering good food with a corporate mindset. To celebrate our anniversary we booked here (which is recommended!) and enjoyed a shared antipasto starter of breads, dips and grilled meats followed by a seafood risotto and crab cannelloni all of which were served hot and of good proportions. The winner was the risotto which was creamy with a good blend of mussels, squid and prawns. Service was prompt and pleasant however the up-market pricing for a chain restaurant was a little jarring. That said, on the whole a good meal thanks Zizzi's.

To me, Zizzi manages to constantly stay one step ahead of the competition with new, exciting menu choices and individual-feeling restaurants that add up to make what is essentially a meal from a big-chain restaurant feel like something even more special. Our most recent visit saw us try the Chicchetti Sharing Board as a starter (a great way to try lots of things; highly recommended) , followed by a Calzone (like a hybrid pizza/pasty - not for the small appetite!) and ended with a trio of Zizzi Gelato (beautiful, individual flavours; again, highly recommended). Really, if you want somewhere to eat but don't have the time or inclination to check out the local independent offerings, Zizzi has to be the place to head for...
