K. R.Louise (the lady that answers the phone) is such a lovely happy person! Every time I ring she is absolutely brilliant and so accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble! I have been ordering from charcoal grill for a while and the food is always spot on, one time there was a mix up with my order and it arrived much later than expected. When I phoned back to tell them Louise sorted it out no problem and went out of her way to put it right for me. She has a brilliant telephone manner and the patience of a saint when taking my complicated orders every single time she definitely deserves some praise!!

J.Ordered via deliveroo and unfortunately recieved the wrong size pizza (smaller) unlike dominoes (where we had to wait an hour for them to deliver the correct pizza and had to return the one we had!) they told us we could eat the pizza we had and delivered another pizza out straight away and was very apologetic, great customer service!
