Triple Cooked Fries. SmokeHouse XL, 12 Hour smoked USDA beef brisket, 18 hour smoked pulled pork, both over apple wood. American Cheese, Nacho cheese sauce, crispy onion, Bacon and BBQ sauce Five stars for EborCirbus Pizza if there’s awards to be won my money is on these guys they’re the pro’s! Although the order took 1.5 hrs to arrive ( we were warned!) It was totally worth the wait. Superb. Burgers with fresh well cooked meat, delicious cheese and fresh salad leaves. This is the second time we've ordered and it didnt disappoint. Will be a regular customer!

Dude, the owner is my HERO!!! You can tell he is so passionate about his food and service . Fraudulent claims from just eat and deliveroo costs small hard working businesses their tiny profit margins. Keep striking fear into these criminals oh burger Batman! They can’t keep getting away with it! Also FYI deliveroo has lowered its commission for London Restaurant’s to 10% plus vat so please renegotiate your contract with them as it’s not fair . Keep working hard boss you are an inspiration to the food delivery business. Bravo!

Amazing food from here. And the service is brilliant. Recently catered for us for a birthday party with 16 pizzas and 5 fries. All came hot and on time. Guests absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible pizzas. My partner and I can’t stop thinking about them, having ordered for the first time on Saturday night. Hands down the best in York. EborCibus Pizza: 👑🎉🎊10/10👑🎉🎊 Although I review burgers and pizzas less often, I had been keen to visit EborCibus Pizza for quite some time. Based at The Mount at York, I had high expectations of them due to the stellar reputation they have. In front of me is the American Smash Burger served with triple cooked fries, blue cheese sauce, nacho sauce, chipotle and garlic Mayo. The burger is a beast, consisting of four 4oz ground beef patties, candied jalapeños, house nacho cheese sauce, crispy onion, bacon bits, fresh lettuce, blue Stilton, American cheese in a toasted brioche bun. The portions are extremely generous, and the topping are all able to be customised to your particular taste. With the option of adding 16-hour smokes pulled pork and any number of extra patties, the sky is truly the limit. All of this was tied together by the aesthetic presentation in a 12” Chicago Deep Pan imported from USA. In all of my years championing fast food I have never had a burger as good as this. Whether it be Byron Burger, Handmade Burger Co., TGI Fridays, Five Guys, or the establishments in any of the cities I've visited, none come close to this. Today I have experienced just one of the many options on their menu. I would eat my hat if the remainder were not equally enthralling. The man who served me was exuberant, and gave terrific suggestions of what I may enjoy. It's safe to say, that I have enjoyed the Armand de Brignac of burgers. EborCibus Pizza have the diligence of technicians, while crafting their food like artists. All that is left to say is that this has been a phenomenal experience and without a doubt the best in York! 👑🎉🎊👑🎉🎊👑🎉🎊👑🎉🎊

I drove from Leeds for one of these pizzas after hearing good things from family member in York and I was disappointed. I had the buffalo chicken detroit pizza and it was the nicest pizza I have ever had. Ive even drove back to York to have these quite a few times. I don't think I will be getting pizzas from anywhere else. The staff were friendly, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we wanted. He even chucked in some dips for free.

Fantastic pizza! If you like wings and franks hot sauce then I recommend you order the Buffalo Chicken pizza and the blue cheese dip. I also recommend the mushroom and truffle pizza I think they use Portabello mushrooms? And the pepperoni was great too. The dough had loads of flavour, thin crisp base and puffy crust and the ingredients all seem high quality. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu! They have an app and deliver via a local taxi company. 🍻

Most times you order a pizza, it’s from a kebab shop. It’s greasy, the ingredients are the same, you eat it because you’re drunk & that’s all there is. Well, now it’s not all there is. There’s a genuine real New York Italian takeaway in York. Ebor Cibus is hands down the champion of takeaway pizza here in York. Crisp crust, authentic tasting toppings, the real deal. So so good. No other takeaway comes close. Friends and family agree. This pizza shop needs supporting- they ARE customer service as well as premier pizza 🍕 Start spreading the news....

Absolutely superb pizza! We’re from the London area, working away in York. A real hidden gem, and the bar staff are so friendly in the Mount, we have dined here twice now and would definitely recommend! The food is five star if you like Pizza, would also recommend the halloumi fries.

So while scrolling the depths of Facebook saw this place then decided to check out their menu and saw how amazing there food sounded and had to have some. The food arrived still hot I may add and the driver actually seemed happy to work for them what’s always a great start . The food was Devine couldn’t fault anything portion sizes was spot on and the flavours was intense and just a pleasure to enjoy. All in all I couldn’t fault this place at all I will be ordering again .
