Reviews of Wixams Retirement Village
M. W.This place is certainly not as bad as the first reviewer says. Moved on from the early days of opening. It's not perfect. No place is and Covid did make us generally frightened but the management kept us safe. We did rebel against some of the rules but it was for our own safety. By the way, we are not a Retirement Home. We are a large group of apartments for independent living and we can bring pets. The Bistro is pnly a problem as such because they do not have a budget for lots of staff. But they manage to feed us well if we choose to dine in. Otherwise all apartments have their own kitchen. The shop is now a franchise and is perfect for an on site store. So much more to tell but I will say I go to art classes and bingo and love it. Most Fridays there is also entertainment on stage.
