K. K.Otterburn has recently become home for my Step Dad and we could not be happier with the exceptional care he receives. Karen ,Lianne, Amy and the rest of their amazing staff are the kindest, most caring group of individuals, who provide a very happy home from home. They go more than the extra mile in ensuring the people in their care live the best, most fulfilling life they can and feel part of the family, which is Otterburn!
I hope the next CQC report shows OUTSTANDING, as they deserve it and more.
