My mother has been here for 8 months now and she has received the best care and is very well looked after I'm happy that she's in good hands. The place is always tidy and all residents seem to be happy and cared for. Can't ask for more than that.

I visited Beaufort Grange Barchester. The Home run in the leadership and expert skills of Mrs Raji Sunil is a place where any client would be happy to be. The home and the decorum is exceptionally warm and welcome. it's more of a five star hotel. the food and hospitality is unlike that of any other care homes.

I cannot recommend Beaufort Grange highly enough. It is led by an excellent manager with a team of lovely staff who provide excellent care to the residents. My mother has been living in the home since February 2019 and is extremely happy there. She often says it is like being at a five star hotel. She now needs help in doing absolutely everything and the carers always do their best to support her. I have found the nursing care to be excellent. I am contacted straightaway if a health issue arises or changes need to be made to her medication. Staff (including the manager) are readily contactable if I have any queries. The manager hosts regular meetings with relatives (by Zoom) to provide updates to relatives, which is greatly reassuring, and to listen to and take on board any concerns. These meetings have been especially invaluable over the last eighteen months. My mother could not be in safer hands.

Been there to visit a family friend, and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience, he had only good things to say about his stay there. The home is one of the best I have ever seen and is well led by the able leadership of the manager and team. The staff actually do care for the residents and even we the visitors were well looked as if you were a paying guest in a luxury hotel. Kudos to everyone well done and keep up the good work.

I visited this house and the service is wonderful; the staff is really polite and considerate, and the group is highly competent. The house is always tidy and well-organized and workers are punctual and attend to you at anytime. It's incredible. This is a home that I would strongly suggest to everyone.

My Dad broke his hip and was never well enough to come home from hospital. It was with heavy heart that we had to look at care homes and Beaufort stood out like a shinning star. More like a hotel but with fab care and lovely staff. James in particular goes over and above and has become a friend to Dad, not only helping him with his walking but happy to chat football etc. A big thank you from the family of Maurice.
