My mother has been a resident for some time and is well cared for and happy, the staff are friendly and caring, the manager is readily available and supportive, the food is good, entertainment is varied and the building is well maintained and absolutely spotless, I would highly recommend

I have been visiting Woodland View over the last six weeks. I would like to say how impressed I am by all aspects of the home - the cleanliness, friendliness and the warmth that is shown to the residents by all staff members. The office team are very friendly and accommodating. Management are very friendly and have an open door policy - they are also always encouraging us to eat their cakes! Its a shame that more care homes cant be like this one.

I felt that I wanted to tell people about woodland view. My grandad was in a home years ago and my memories of it are horrendous and I was so worried when Dad needed to come into a home. woodland view is so different, it is beautiful, it doesn't smell. The staff are fantastic. The feeling you get when you walk in is so friendly and I don't have to worry about my Dad. The food is great my Dad has put on weight! We all love the cakes and the frothy coffee!! I sat with Jodi and Sue the other day and had coffee and everybody was so lovely. everyone does an amazing job at Woodland View and I hope that other people can see this. well done everyone.

I have been visiting my friend who lives at Woodland View Care Home for the last year. Oh, I must say - how things have improved!! The last couple of months have been a delight. The activities on offer are splendid and the food is far better than it ever was. The new manager has had such an impact. The whole ambiance of the home is second to none! Well done team Woodland!

This care home has improved immensely since December, the atmosphere, cleanliness, the staff all appear to be happy, they are caring and patient. My friend is treated with the utmost respect and has a lovely room with a courtyard outside. The food looks and smells lovely and I always enjoy a piece of cake and hot chocolate in the coffee lounge. I am impressed with the new acting manager she is professional and always very helpful. I am sure the only way is up for this home, well done for all the changes!!!!!!

My Nana is at Woodland View. Its a lovely home, I really like the way that the staff treat her. The food and cakes are great and my Nana loves the hot chocolate. I really like the new manager, she has really made a difference and my Nana likes her too. My Mum doesn't worry anymore so that's really good.

I have been visiting woodland view care home for the last 7 months and back in November I was getting rather worried about the way the home seemed to be going. However there have been some changes and I must say changes are positive. the home is a different place. it is cleaner, the food is better. the staff seem happier. all round its a lovely home to visit again.

The staff at woodland view are very kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Its like one big family. The patience seems to be unending. The management team make time to get to know us as a family, not just my Mum who is a resident. I feel that the whole home is committed to delivering the best care possible.

Things have improved at Woodland View, I find the management very approachable - especially Nicky. I feel that I can talk to people and they are listening to what I am saying and it makes a difference. Katie, Hannah, Jenna and Annabelle are all very good carers. They have been there for a long time which is nice and I feel that I can talk to them.

We had to reluctantly put mum in home a few years ago and chose Woodland View. Very quickly we realised it was the right decision, she was comfortable and well looked after by all of the staff. The surroundings were pleasing and always seemed to be well run and well maintained.

I moved in to Woodland View in 2015, the home had only been open for six months. I find that it has very friendly and helpful staff. First Class rooms. If I ever have a problem, the staff are helpful and will always help me to sort it out. I am very happy living here.

Loved visiting a friend of ours.Carers fantastic on Burns night, piper fantastic . Chef present, even a manager present after five which is nice to see. Lovely feeling to home made welcome. Clean environment if did not know different you would think it was a hotel

In all honesty, I cannot fault this care home. The staff are so kind to my wife and myself and so friendly. The facilities are superb and most importantly cleanliness is top notch. When visiting, I am treated like a friend. This care home is just amazing.

I have been a resident here since December 2015 - virtually the whole time is has been open. There seems to be much better management of the home now and they are in regularly. The home is improving and it is a nice place. Gardener could do some more.

I am a frequent visitor at woodland View... The team at woodland View is so caring and understanding.. Nothing is a bring trouble for them.. Everyone knows the place inside out and the care is outstanding... If there was an option for an extra star defenitly its for the team at Woodland View... I came along to the open day here and everybody was very welcoming. Good coffee from a nice machine and good cake too. Looked round for the future and it was really nice
