I appreciate your feedback I can't argue with you at the end of the day it was what you saw or experienced. Just to put things clear I have been working with Sure Care for almost one year now and to be honest I have never felt welcome in any place I worked before like this company. In your feedback you said about payment is very low tht is not true they pay £8 an hour most of care companies pay about £7.20, so don't review something tht has false statement in it. About treating staff with disrespect tht is not true so many thing has happened in the office and they managed to treat them well and everyone is always happy, they never force you to work if you want a day off to calm yourself down.
The most thing that pained me when you said about service users and staff are not happy just so that you know Sure care has review cards where they get service users to fill in and so far so good. And all staff get supervision this helps to find if there is any problem. All children gets attention because before you go and work you get train with all details you need. The management is excellent with good heart manager who is always there for us and listen to what we say. Since I worked with this company I felt like I joined my family who always looks after my wellbeing because they believe without us being happy and healthy we can't work. And they follow all the 6Cs in care. How can you say staff are not happy when you haven't met all of them me personally I've been there for almost one year and I don't know all the staff but the one I know they don't complain. Just to finish of please don't give false feedback because all that you said are not true and I can stand for this company because I know how well they work and know what they are doing. Don't take this personal I said what my experience and how welcome I feel.
