C. W.This care home was a much better place a couple of years ago. Now they struggle to keep good carers which is such a shame. Some of the carers there are brilliant but there is such a quick turnaround of staff giving no consistency and continuation of care. My Mum passed away recently after 4 years in Headingley. There has been no contact from them since,no messages of sympathy or any representation at the funeral which was quite upsetting.
S. M.My mum was given excellent care, the staff were brilliant especially in the last 3 weeks of her life. She couldn't have been looked after her any better. She praised the staff when ever we asked her. The carehome is well decorated and the rooms are a good size.
L.such a lovely care home definitely recommend to anyone my grandad is in here and they take great care of him he’s well looked after he absolutely loves it here great service always feel welcome
