Outstanding customer service. We bought 3-4 person tradition sauna 3 years ago. Sauna was delivered quickly and was easy to put together. Customer service after sale has been absolutely outstanding! We use our sauna most days, and have had couple of minor issues that needed company's advise. Each occasion they have helped, and gone way above. I.e I needed lightbulb replacement and emailed and asked what lightbulb I should buy and following day they set me a new light free of charge. Their after care is outstanding!

The sauna itself is great quality but the five stars truly go to the incredibly attentive staff who took the long early drive from Doncaster to London to install it. They arrived on time, giving regular updates on their arrival, were extremely polite and took their time to assure it was perfect before leaving.

Very Impressed with the sauna. I ordered a two person sauna. Came on the day they said (less than a week after ordering). The kitset sauna was packed very well. It went together easily, and I was impressed how easy and straight forward is was to assemble. It works well, smells nice, and Bluetooth works well. I am impressed with the quality of this product. The only thing is that it's a bit tight for two people, because one of us has to sit directly behind the heater, and it's not suitable for a tall person. So as long as one of the two is around 5,4" its okay. I would recommend probably be better to go for the 3 person sauna for two people. But again, I am very happy with the product. A lot of thought has gone into it, and smart people designed it.

Just got my sauna and delighted. The crew at UK saunas were brilliant and delivery was good. Compact stylish sauna works perfectly and bluetooth, colour therapy lights and carbon panels are brilliant. So glad I bought. This is definitely a two person job, very heavy glass and side walls. But very compact when put together. Recommend 100%. Price very reasonable for the product.

We bought the two person Infra red sauna with Carbon heaters. It’s absolutely superb. Brian was first class, great communication and went out of his way to have it delivered on my birthday. It was dropped on a well secured pallet in several boxes. I took it apart carried each component upstairs and had it built and was in it, within the hour. Very easy to put together. Heats up super fast and feels no different to a health club sauna. I’m delighted and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending UK saunas.

Location, Location, Location - bought an indoor IR sauna from these guys - the saunas are well built and look great, but... When building the sauna, I found a missing seal which was replaced quickly by Brian. Credit there. I originally placed the sauna inside my integrated garage that I use as a gym, the sauna took an eternity to reach to 45-48deg and nowhere usable. After a few emails with UK Saunas, I moved the sauna into a professionally built fully insulated and heated garden room. The sauna gets to the 60deg operating temp but takes approx 60-65 mins to do so. Not the 20-25mins that every other sauna manufacturer states for IR saunas Once at the right operating temp they work very well and you get a real good sweat on. So location, location location, get an outdoor sauna unless you can put it in a centrally heated room in your house. Dont do what I did and expect an indoor IR sauna to work properly in a garage or even a garden room.

After searching for the ideal sauna experience, I found UK Saunas. Their website provided lots of information and images which made our selection easy. We decided to go for the carbon heater two person sauna with DVD player. Customer service was brilliant received an email to confirm the order within a matter of minutes. Emailed later to confirm delivery details which was very speedy. Received the sauna with easy to follow assembly instructions. We both absolutely love the sauna certainly one of our best buys. Bought the two person infrared with carbon heater Sauna, must say for the price, build & quality was excellent + 5 year warranty just can't go wrong, Delivery was great came on a small pallet in good condition. The build was very easy within half an hour , Plugged it in and was surprised how quickly it warmed up once it got to 50c it was hot enough for me. I would have no problem recommending this sauna. Brain is very friendly and helpful, ps. Went to their warehouse and they do have proper set up with parts etc.

After using public saunas for many years we decided to buy our own , my husband did his research, an we picked an outside barrel 2 person design, we had to wait awhile for delivery Brexit an covid !!! An at last its been here for 2 weeks now, an has been tested well an truly, an we love it, warms up quickly an is everything we wanted . We had it fitted for us by the team from uk saunas ,an they are just great , never stopped working,all day, the 2 brothers who did it , where polite, helpful answering any questions, we also had another team member come the next day just to finish off an he was also very good . A neighbour has now ordered one for himself , after our recommendation .

I have just received my “Portable Sauna” How brilliant it is, Service was brilliant ordered the item online at the weekend and received it in 3days. It’s AMAZING it’s light and easy in weight plug in and off you GO!!! It heats up pretty quick the heated foot plate is good too!! It has a control pad to control all settings, it’s easy also to put up and fold away for £225 and free pp worth every penny. Thank you UK Saunas 👍🏾

Brian is absolutely amazing, My 2nd sauna with him and service is absolutely amazing. We got a small one first and then once we moved to a bigger house we got even bigger one. After sales is simply superb. I am not paid to give this feedback :), I simply enjoyed the process so much! Thanks Brian. 1 year update: as I said before- after sales from Brian is superb, we had a small issue with our sauna one year on, I sent a pictures to Brian- his first response was with a date to come and fix the issue (replace the part!). If you doubt if this is a right company or not- I can assure you- its absolutely the best after sales and assurances once needs! SUPERB. ps we still absolutely adore our sauna. Its most used room in a house probably.

First of all the sauna...it has been one of the best things I have ever bought! I bought the outdoor traditional 6kW sauna around 8 months ago and I have been in it every day with exception of the month of December when I fractured my ankle. I'm now using it again and it is helping my ankle. I feel much healthier as a result of using the sauna and it really helps me nod off to sleep at night. Now...UK Saunas...absolutely first class service and advice. I mistakenly did not screw down the roof apex and it blew off a few times in high wind and eventually got damaged. I sent Brian an email and he called me back within one hour. Furthermore, he send me a brand new apex along with another tub of Danish Oils at no charge whatsoever. I would have expected to have to pay for the apex as it was my fault. In today's society, it is extremely rare to get customer service and after sales service like this. I would not hesitate in recommending UK Saunas to anyone, and everyone should have a sauna, absolutely fantastic purchase.

We have recently bought a 3 person ceramic sauna. We would highly recommend buying a sauna from Brian at UK saunas. He is so helpful and could answer all our questions. The customer service is fantastic – he rang to check that it had been delivered on time, checked the driver was nice and also to check we had no problems erecting it and all parts were there. He rang a few days later to check everything was still going okay. I am not a keen buyer off the internet as you’re never really sure of the quality until it arrives but when we visited his warehouse the quality of the sauna was superb. 100% recommend buying from UK saunas!

Cannot agree with all the other positive reviews here enough. We have a custom size and build sauna to accommodate getting the pieces up to the room it was going to eventually sit in. Brian and the team made all the efforts to create a solution that would fit through the doors and stairwells and still manage to be be an easy to build + epic looking piece of kit. We went for the traditional sauna which arrived on a pallet which was really well packed. The pieces are well made and fit perfectly to create a lovely looking sauna at the end of the day. As said was incredibly easy to slot together such that anyone with rudimentary DIY skills will be able to do it. Electrics all come with tags on each wire to make it really simple to know where each wire goes. Only thing for me which wasn't clear until I got the sauna was that there are gaps in the floor (by design) which when you're pouring water over the stones on the stove will drip out the bottom of the sauna so keep this in mind when considering where to place it if you're purchasing an indoor sauna. This by no means detracts from the build quality, the design, the experience of it all or the overall experience dealing with UK - saunas - they thoroughly deserve the 5 star rating for the end to end experience including after sales / diy advice from Brian in particular. Great product and the best after sales to back it up. My wife has used this sauna everyday for 18 months to combat Lyme disease and it could not have performed better. Well priced for such an amazing product and assembled in 15 minutes. Thanks to Brian for such a good experience.

Really pleased with the outdoor sauna. Much prefer the infrared than traditional sauna now as its a nice controllable heat (however still very hot if that's what you want) without being uncomfortable. Really nice features, good quality finish. Brian has been really great to deal with. Always returned phone calls and responded to emails when I raised any questions. I had to a window trim replaced (it had a split in the wood which was a minor thing) and this got sorted and Brian even came out himself with his installation engineer to ensure everything else was satisfactory before leaving. I would recommended.

Hi..after a month of looking to buy a sauna.... I found most dealers don't have any product knowledge and have to refer to the handbook, plus have weak feedback....however I went to UK SAUNAS based on very good feedback and the owner Brian being dedicated & committed to his business ...large internet purchases are always scary £2-3k...I was worried about the usual (hit & run types out there) once they have your money the lack of service & attention diminishes ....With UK SAUNAS the whole experience was fantastic, and the service back up was faultless as I struggled to hook the Bluetooth volume up ...I believe Brian deserves this feedback for the way he handled everything from beginning to end..well done Brian and thank you so much

Infrared 2 person sauna with carbon heaters. We had very positive support from Brian throughout the process of selecting,ordering and installation of the sauna . The sauna was everything we expected.Super easy to erect (I did the job on my own in a couple of hours).The construction is extremely well engineered and everything slots together perfectly.It heats up very quickly and is a joy to use on these long dark winter days-who needs winter breaks in the tropics? Bought the 2 person carbon heater infrared sauna and I must say Brian that UK saunas has given excellent service, had a few minor teething problems but brian sorted very quickly over the phone. Really pleased with the sauna, although be prepared in the cold weather it does take longer than expected to get up to temperature to use, we have ours in a garage.

Purchased a two person Infrared Sauna with Ceramic Heaters on 24th May 2018. This is a fantastic product for less than £900 inc vat, easily assembled indoors by 2 persons and inexpensive to operate. After using extensively over the past 3 months and experiencing various health mobility benefits, there are no downsides to this product, with my only regret being that I did not buy one years ago.

Fantastic product and pre/post-sales service. Having gone from zero knowledge of IR saunas to the nerve-racking stage of stumping up payment, after lots of research, I’m delighted with the corner unit from UK Saunas. Worth a chat with Brian to address any uncertainties. Carbon heater option in hemlock... sorted. Product comes very securely stowed within wooden frame on pallet. Allow time to unpack! Mostly easy to build though door/ glazing unit needs two strong lifters and possibly a third pair of hands to guide. There are lots of iffy health claims across the web but for consummate relaxation and just feeling replenished, I’m happy to testify! Great range of temperatures offering non-oppresive heat. So you can read, work, relax... or sweat it out. No humidity issues so flexible re location. Basically, I would very strongly recommend!

UK 🇬🇧 Saunas supplied me with my Sauna just over 3years ago after a move from Northumberland to re-locate and live permanently in Perhshire - 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland I was replacing my old one of some 45+years, always had and experienced Sauna’s since my cross country skiing days adventures in Norway. I have to say that Brian and his team not only produce great Sauna’s with many optional sizes, shapes with variations, but will work with you to ensure your every desire is met. Though a little wary initially of the cost of product and delivery / installation and Sauna product guarantees, the very reasonable cost V the impressive Value for money was unbelievable and once, so very easily installed, proved to be a Real Best Buy for me and my family. Now in semi-retirement it’s part of my daily routine. After the many thousands of Sauna sessions I’ve enjoyed, over so many years, relaxing and benefitting health wise, now that I’m in such a great aesthetically pleasing Sauna environment ~ over looking our Garden from our 5mtr x 5Mtr Log-Cabin / Therapy / Hobby / Family research Space, life’s extra special in retirement. With the comfort of extended guarantee I had to call on 1st time in 3yrs, Brian was quick to respond and posted an electrical part within 24hrs to resolve a minor blip. Definitely Worth the wait, everyone has commented on the quality of the Sauna, I think they thought I was getting some wooden shed with a heater in it, but it is far from that, it is well built and looks stunning both from the inside and equally as important form the outside, all works well, even when I had made a slight mistake with the wiring, Brian sent Dave to remedy it the following day. I had been looking around for a long time, and glad I waited to get this, Brian cares about his customers, and I think it's well worth getting them to install, as I would never have got it competed as quickly and as well as the guys did. Don't hesitate to buy, as they are a trustworthy company with a well priced product. It's lovely to come home and chill out with a Gin and Tonic, although the ice doesn't last long, in the GnT. A great product for the money the tre16 2200cm model. Easy to fit and clever extras like Bluetooth and lights. Glass slots in nice too not screwed on. Floor is strong. Delivery was prompt even with covid 10/10 Much better than the last one I got from eBay so after having two this is much more superior. Don’t try and do it all yourself Brian.

Excellent communication both before and after delivery. This is really good kit well made, finished and packaged. The boxes are heavy so if going upstairs you will need a couple of strong guys.
