Caledonia healthcare are a great company to work for. Always plenty of shifts, varied between homecare, support work and care homes. Varied hours which suited me through college and now at uni I always still manage to fit in shifts round about lectures and studying. Staff in the office are very friendly and you can tell that they enjoy their work. Always very polite when calling the office. I have worked for Caledonia for a number of years and any problems that have ever arisen have always been attended to in a polite professional manner. Great pay as well which is a bonus.

Love working for Caledonia! Been with them over 2 years and never had any problems. Lovely office staff, who are always very helpful. Plenty of shifts available and I can choose my shifts to fit around my family life and other commitments. Highly recommend :)

I have worked with this company for five plus years now. I can honestly it is one of the best as staff are friendly welcoming and go beyond what is required to help there staff! They also support staff with issues when on duty. Since working with them I have always got shifts for the days that I have been available for and extra. Always ongoing training, they are very understanding and supportive with myself due to university and going on placement. All round couldn't fault working with this great company . I could honestly not rate this agency care company any higher. When I had to isolate the staff knew I was struggling with staying in and would phone me everyday to check on me make me laugh and ill never forget that❤️. Caledonia is thee best agency to work for and the their staff are just as amazing 👏.

I have worked with Caledonia Healthcare for approx. 3 years. In that time I have found them to be very professional and accommodating. They understand that not every worker is the same and that some, due to the nature of their lives or other jobs, cannot simply hand in availability but wud rather have a list of shifts to take shifts from. They listen to and act on any concerns you may have if they sent you somewhere and experienced something unsafe. They will try their very best not to put you at risk in the first place tho. I have always found Simon, Ian, Natalie and everyone else in the office to be very friendly and approachable. They will do their very best to help you and to sort out any issues you may be experiencing so that you are able to work. When you call in they are always happy and sound like they enjoy their work which immediately puts you in a better mood. They supply extensive training events which Everyone can attend. I have tried to think of any negatives that I could write about but at the moment
