J.I love Eden Springs so much! Compared to 'other' bottled water companies, these guys really care about their customers - from the main office staff to the delivery drivers and every engineer.
My office is on the first floor and I have mobility issues but my delivery guy wouldn't think twice about hauling the lot up for me and having a bit of good friendly banter mixed in.
I am sticking with Eden because I appreciate the service, the support, the REALLY good value compared to others and just the little things like the back office pages on their website where I can see our consumption levels, download invoices, check delivery dates and more...........

P. T.The company deliver on time. tell us when they are delivering and ensure we have a good supply of water barrels. The engineer makes sure the machine is sanitised and serviced on time. The delivery driver is really helpful and a great ambassador for the company.
