Amazing warm & friendly staff who look after not only the sick but their families too. So grateful they were there in our darkest days..

Very Humbled. 🤔
My colleague and I were at Marie Curie for three days to carry out water compliance checks. Firstly, the Covid protocols are both strict and thorough before being permitted to move around the building. Everywhere you go is meticulously clean and tidy. The Nursing Staff are focused and entirely caring for their patients - but never remiss in being cheerful and positive. 😊
Being formerly a part of the NHS Transplant Teams, I am all too familiar with the plight and despair of patients' next of kin, family and close relatives - and I cannot express my admiration sufficiently - for the dedication and care provided for all of the patients by the staff - it is genuine, caring and dignified.
It would be incorrect to express that I 'enjoyed' my visit. Instead, working at Marie Curie for those three days was, at times, difficult. All of the patients tolerated us in their rooms for a few moments and it was a great privilege to have met them.
Marie Curie is, without doubt, a magnificent organisation.
Thanks also to May - the delightful young Lady in charge of reception who looked after our Covid testing and all of the trade registration check-in/out admin.
I am deeply humbled and filled with admiration. ❤️

My much loved brother Gordon, only spent a few days there, sadly he passed, but i cannot praise the love care and attention ,not only to Gordon, but to all the members of the family that the staff gave us highly enough.Nothing was too much trouble, and considering how many members of the Smith clan there are, thats a tall order.I cannot thank or praise Stobhill for making this sad experience bearable and their kindness and loving attention they gave to Gordon will not be forgotten by myself and my sister Nancy, because they also looked after us so well too.....words really cannot express my gratitude,, but i thought it is fitting to say that my brother Gordon was born at Stobhill hospital, and it was rather poignant that he passed their too.
