As a Healthcare Professional, I attended this Carehome, in early December, and witnessed fantastic care being given by four of their care staff. Caring, compassionate and reassuring, they were very clearly genuinely concerned about the residents well-being and so attentive to his needs. So fantastic to see!

Dad has Alzheimer's and has been at Bucklesham for 5.5 years now. During this time his care has always been excellent from all elements of staff. We are in regular contact with the Reception and Care Teams, who clearly have close relationships with him. The home is so clean and the rooms and facilities are exceptional! The support through lockdown has been brilliant with regular FaceTime chats and update calls, with their use of the Rels App and Facebook. I have also got to know the Lifestyle team in lockdown, who spend so much crucial time with the residents, engaging and encouraging them, supporting FaceTime calls and visits. Their support has been a real help to get dad talking and engaged in our absence. Everyone at Bucklesham has worked so hard to keep dad and the other residents safe and as happy as possible. Thank you so much for enabling us to keep in touch with dad as best possible and the whole team for all the love you show dad and the other residents.

My Auntie Joan is so well taken care of at Bucklesham Grange. I am only able to visit once or twice a year as I live in Vancouver, but each visit I am delighted to find her happy, well taken care of and in excellent hands. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a safe home for a loved elderly relative. They respond to all of my inquires and even send me monthly email updates.
