T. S.I’ve worked for this company for 7 months now and I HONESTLY couldn’t wish for a better company to work for. I had zero experience within care work, As a company they go ABOVE and beyond to help motivate encourage and recognise you and your work. They are all constantly there to help guide and support you in any which way they can. Every single person within that company is helpful supportive and lovely. They are all always there to help. There’s also extra training on whatever you feel your are lacking in available, They are extremely professional too and follow all guidelines and regulations and never cut corners with there clients. There’s plenty of hours and you are never left without work, The pay is always on time and always correct, the holiday allowance is also great. I personally love working for adaptus, They also go above and beyond to be fair and accommodating to there staff.
