G. W.My mum has been a resident at Arbor House for over 3 years now. Staff are really dedicated and caring to provide the best for their residents. Through these difficult times not being able to see your loved ones, I have been reassured my mum is in good hands, being able to face time, now visit, and see pictures on social media on what the residents have been up to is fantastic. So thank you to all the staff at Arbor House.
M. C.Arbor house is one of the most caring care homes around. My grandma is currently in the care home and she absolutely loves it! The staff at arbor house are friendly and polite. They always make sure their residents are happy. They put their residents first because anything. I follow the care home page on Facebook and we love seeing all the faces during this lockdown. Arbor house is excellent and I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking to put one of their loved ones in a home.
