A. P.We had recently been given 2 choices of care companies for my elderly 95 grandmother. I chose this Care Company Carers Direct as their times were good. I keep tabs on my mum about my grandmothers care four times a day from this company. Omg the Carers are amazing. Shocking to see 3.9 rating. This should be alot higher. The quality of care is outstanding, on time, very understanding of my grandmothers needs, extremely gentle as she is fragile, respecting my mother as well.
Even the manager Balbir who I spoke to at the beginning very understanding.
Thankyou to all the girls who are still caring for my grandmother Sitaben.

P. S.Great service provided by this company, they accommodated all my dad's personal and cultural needs. Staff are well trained, punctual and reliable. The owner was always more than happy to help, I was able to call him at any time of the day and he would always go out of his way to give the additional support.
