A great residential home for adults with learning disabilities, they are supported with qualified staff who are trained to the highest standard. The staff are very compassionate about the job they do, the residents do regular activities in & out of the residential home & are cared to the highest standards.The management team are always there when you want them & very helpful all the time. I would recommend this residential home to anyone as its one of the best residential care home in Leicester. Please keep up the great work as always thank you.

The management is very supportive to staff by maintaining a good working environment. To be honest, after reading some of the previous reviews from the past it is entirely different from my view of this home. They provide an excellent home for the service users.

At Cherrie Residential Care the residents are lovely.I love working there, staffs are fantastic and go well above and beyond for residents. The home is enjoyable.All of the carers are so supportive and inspirational. I have learnt so much there and I have enjoyed it so much to the point where I was sad because I have to leave. The manager of the Care home is very flexible with my hours and this has been such a help to get as much experience and knowledge. There is nothing hard in the job.The one thing I found hard was when residents was going down hill and you start to build a good relationship with them.Each time this occurs I get stronger and can cope better.

To be honest with my review,First of all, I could not find any realistic connection with few of the previous reviews in here.After I have joined on their team, I have experienced a vastly welcoming working environment.CRC thinks about the residences improvement with maintaining the high quality support.They have proven that on their work by bringing amazing positive outcomes on residences life and skills.I have realised that when I have came through some of their residences previous history and comparing them with their current situation.CRC's managements are supportive, they values staffs quality and appreciate innovation idea which can bring positive outcomes.
