b. m.Attended the care home for domiciliary visits. Staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care for the residents well being. Chloe in particular helped make the day run smoothly so that we could see as many residents as possible. Due to the nature of our work, we attend a lot of care homes, and this one definitely ranks highly in terms of staff and resident care
L. D.Well my mum came in for respite on Friday I haven’t visited yet. But I feel telephone manner needs improving as who I have spoken to so far have been quite offish and like they can’t be bothered telling you anything.
