I cannot express how warm, welcoming, professional, kind, caring and wonderful the team at Ashbrook Court are. Everyone has been magnificent with my Dad so far. The peace of mind I feel knowing he's so well cared for is beyond precious. At first my Dad was quite unsettled and agitated, and the team have been fantastic with him. I can call anytime, and I'm updated with how he is with no rush whatsoever. I just can't praise this Residential Home enough and I mean that with all my heart.

My father- in-law lives at Ashbrook Court. I dropped some documents off, earlier, & found we could have a visit. A carer kindly escorted dad to the lounge & my father in law was immaculately dressed, & was very happy. We just sensed an atmosphere of unhurried calm.

I have been In the nursing profession holding very senior posts & Ive witnessed & practised that good care isn’t just driven by high tech or cutting edge medicine.
what makes a human being in mental / physical sickness, or vulnerability feel safe & secure is the kind word and the kind touch of care or reassurance that all will be well. This includes care of relatives.
My father Mac Ives spent the last 5 months of his amazing life at Ashbrook Court where these acts of daily care kindness of offered by the spadeful.
Dementia & elderly care is a difficult service to deliver due to mental & physical dependency. But this amazing team of individuals do it with out exception. Mac loved these people because they respected & strove to maintain his individual identity and affection. This was extended from his family when we could not be there.
From the bottom of our hearts myself and my family say ThAnkyou. Keep doing what you do. You keep the Nurse in Nursing. Bless you all xx🌹Deanna. 💕
