My grandma is currently in Autumn gardens. Staff don't speak fluent English which can be quite difficult to communicate especially if you need to know or give important information. From what my grandma has said she says the food is terrible and some staff are rough and don't talk to her. For an old person i feel it's important to ensure they are given alot of love and attention especially whilst In a home. However the staff I have come across have always been so warm and welcoming. Since my gran has been in Autumn gardens she has come along really well, she has taken steps and is glowing with joy- alot more from when she was in hospital.

My heart felt thanks to Martina and the team who looked after my father and mother until they sadly passed away. They showed great compassion and made the final years of their lives as comfortable as they could.

My father enjoyed his respite stay here. He spoke very highly of the staff and how well they looked after him. He would have liked more menu choices, but overall was very happy.
