M. D.I can honestly say that I am so very fortunate and grateful to have such amazing care from Bluebird Care Enfield. Mum's regular carers were knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and client focused. Some even took caring to a different level and were excellent.
They followed the care plan implicitly, understanding and respecting the demands of Mum's illness and provided much needed emotional and practical support and solutions as well.
Management always dealt with any timetable issues effectively and were on hand to listen and provide practical advice and support also.
I am grateful to the office and manager for sorting Mum's care plan so rapidly in order that she could be released from hospital and for helping me through challenging times.
