P. T.I started working with Bluebird Care since 2013. I must say I have never met a more dedicated team from the carers to office staff. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers receive the best possible care in the comfort of their homes. Anoop the Director, has been my mentor and very supportive of my career journey throughout the years. She is very supportive and will strive for you to reach your goals. I greatly appreciate all the support she’s given me throughout the years.

I was new to the care industry and nervous to start something new, but the help and knowledge I've recieved from fellow Care Assistants to Office staff has been outstanding. O. E.I recently got a job working as a home care assistant with Bluebird. I am thoroughly enjoying this job so far. The office are very good when you need to communicate with them, and they are very sympathetic when I have issues that need addressing. I have had a good amount of work since I started. I was out of work for about 14 years due to health issues and they have welcomed me into their team and are very supportive. I would recommend this company if you want to work as a carer. and judging by their attitude toward their customers and their customers rights I would say they are good to employ as carers also.
E. N.I’ve been a Care Assistant at Bluebird Care Greenwich since the end of March and I absolutely love it here! The support and care provided is amazing and the company have great relationships with their customers. Everyone is so friendly and thorough in their work. Not having done any care work previously, I was a bit anxious about starting, however the team made me feel at ease and got me to shadow another member of staff until I felt comfortable to work alone. The registered manager and operations manager have provided the upmost support from day one and have now made me feel like I can achieve anything! The director is also very supportive and has regular meetings with us to see how else we can be supported. There is always a chance to learn more and so many opportunities for progression. The team make me feel like I am part of a big happy family. You know you have won when coming to work is something to look forward to!
