I feel valued as a team member and have received a lot of support from the management team. Bluebird Care Agency Haringey are excellent.. the carers are professional, polite and caring. I care for my elderly grandmother at home and without the help and support from bluebird carers my grandmother would definitely have had to go into full time residential care...the cares are all wonderful and so good with my grandmother.. Amazing company that cares for their clients and staff. its really nice to see this, as its very unusual to come across a company in London that cares for their staff well being and happiness and not just their clients. they are very balanced with keeping both staff and clients happy. so, all in all everyone is happy and has a better experience. They are also very good at matching their carers with the right clients because they are good at listening and matching the carers personalities with the clients they have - this way everyone stays happy - I can honestly say one of the best care agencies in London to work for!
