I registered with Cromwell three years ago but didn’t get as many shifts as I wanted so I registered with another agency. Then early last year I decided to renew my registration and Radika was allocated as my consultant. Ever since then I’ve never been without a shift She gives me shifts as per my request. She’s so excellent, very professional with good communication skills. She takes her time to answer my queries and supports me especially with complaints and getting through to payroll for me. I never had an problems with getting paid. I am giving her 5stars for her understanding. She’s a wonderful consultant.

But the biggest difference to me personally is the care and dedication of team leaders or managers such as Lalit Singh Dasila. They answer emails and text messages promptly and they always get back to you when they say they would. Special thanks to Ankisha, Sachin and Amit. The only aspect to improve would be for them to be more proactive. If you have submitted your preferred hospitals and some of them require an in house training to start working, my expectation would be for the consultant to call to inform me and book me in and not the other way round. Also, I believe consultants need a bit more an in depth knowledge in laspects relating to indemnity, sick leave and annual leave to be able to advice accordingly. But generally quite happy so far!
