As an employer working as a carer at Good Oaks Home Care (Wimbledon and Kingston) I would say it’s a fantastic place to work, communication between staff is on hand. I feel I’m always kept to date with the group chat we have. Manager Sujina is very much helpful and respectful, she’s always there to attend to any issues and keeps on top of both Clients, their families, and cares. I would suggest to anyone looking for a role in care to contact good oaks the process of joining is simple and easy, manager Sujina will make it that extra easier with her knowledge. Working with Good oaks home care has been a experience in itself . I was the first person that they recruited back in 2020 last year March and I’m still standing today . There’s a lot of flexible hours given to you to fit your lifestyle . My colleagues are so helpful and always there when you need them for support . Both manager and director manager always go above and beyond for us and the company & of course our clients . We always receive positive and nice feedback from our clients and manager so that it’s self shows we’re doing an amazing job👏🏾😌 . Outstanding training done by sujina H herself so there’s no room for mistakes but if likely to then she never has an issue with giving you support regarding to any sort of training and what’s required as a care worker . if you ever in need of finding the right home care for a loved one or anyone else or perhaps for yourself I can definitely vouch for this company.
