I currently work with helping hands, everyone is friendly and supportive. Training is helpful and ongoing and they make sure your confident before you start a job. You'll meet some lovely customers and the job is enjoyable and flexible.

The Dulwich Branch are always professional and show a high level of experience in helping staff members to feel confident in our abilities to care. I found helping hands the Dulwich branch to be very efficient in the process of arranging with myself and doing the respite home care for my elderly mother for the time I was away for a holiday. Lots of care and attention was given to make sure all the essential details were noted and my mother's needs were to be met. My mother was very happy with the professionalism of the carers and very much enjoyed her time with them.

A great company to work for. They were really good at giving me regular clients that I got to know really well, always making sure that I was okay and keeping me up to date with any changes being made. Only issue was that there wasn't enough work to go around, seemed like they were employing more and more people when the current employees were already complaining about not having enough hours. Unfortunately had to leave the company because of this but would very much like to return when things are more stable.
