I'm currently a member of staff at the Dulwich branch. I love the team members and supportive members that work in the office. The Dulwich Branch are always professional and show a high level of experience in helping staff members to feel confident in our abilities to care. It's been a great opportunity for me to be able to learn new skills and be apart of a fantastic team.

I found helping hands the Dulwich branch to be very efficient in the process of arranging with myself and doing the respite home care for my elderly mother for the time I was away for a holiday. Lots of care and attention was given to make sure all the essential details were noted and my mother's needs were to be met. My mother was very happy with the professionalism of the carers and very much enjoyed her time with them.

A great company to work for. They were really good at giving me regular clients that I got to know really well, always making sure that I was okay and keeping me up to date with any changes being made. Only issue was that there wasn't enough work to go around, seemed like they were employing more and more people when the current employees were already complaining about not having enough hours. Unfortunately had to leave the company because of this but would very much like to return when things are more stable.

At Helping Hands we provide a whole range of services from 30 minutes to full live in care and our service range from providing domestic services throught to specialist dementia and clinical care.

Eleesha is a lovely manager who has a genuine love for her job, the wellbeing of her customers and carers. Always willing to go the extra mile. When visiting the branch i was lucky to meet the Mayor of Lambeth who had nothing but wonderful things to say about the branch and the positive impact it is having on the community.
