K. B.My uncle, who had dementia, was looked after adequately at Leah Lodge but there wasn't enough staff and they had to use a lot of poorly-trained agency people. We found out he fell during the night and wasn't discovered until the morning, very distressed, bruised and dehydrated. The management didn't provide a reasonable explanation and refused to apologise. As a result we had to move my uncle to another home.

L. R.I highly recommend Leah Lodge if you are looking for a dedicated & professional team & comfortable home for your loved one. The care team are extremely caring and have looked after my Mum with enduring patience, kindness and professionalism. They also worked hard to keep everyone safe during Covid. Doctors are available to check on residents health and administer medication and they even have a hair salon. They have dementia friendly activities daily and keep us updated on Mum's progress. The home itself is very comfortable with very good facilities.
