N. N.My auntie needed care so very badly and someone recommended Nomase Care to me. I was reluctant because I have tried other agencies. to my surprise, they gave her the best of care she has ever received. up until now my auntie is very happy with Nomase. For me I think they are one of the best if not the best in London.
j. d.My aunt, aged 95, was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's disease. In November 2017 I was asked by the consultant Mr Lloyd to arrange daycare for her (she was a self-funder). From the lists of agencies given to me by the social worker, I chose Nomase Care as it was the only agency with an outstanding rating by the CQC. They provided carers to wash and dress her, cook her meals, clean her flat, and do the laundry and shopping. There was continuity of care as the same carer did the majority of the day's visits and the laundry, cleaning and shopping. This helped my aunt to build rapport. After every visit, I received a detailed report on-line. The carers were conscientious, intelligent and caring towards my aunt. From August 2018, I was told by the consultant to arrange care throughout the night. Nomase provided this "waking nights" service. In February 2019 my aunt ceased to be a self-funder, and she moved into the care home in June. The Nomase carers for example Kelly visited her as a friend.
E. O.I used Nomase Care as a private client to look after my elderly mother. She was so well looked after, taking care of her every needs, from washing to helping her get dress, shopping and making daily breakfast. As she had dementia and was unable to look after herself, the careworker from Nomase Care sent to our home was so caring and loving. She understood all the requirements a demented person needs and wants. They helped her to regain some independence for herself and this was nice to see. Nomase Care can provide all aspect of care to all different type of clients from different walk of life. I would definitely without any doubt recommend Nomase Care to all those who needs, a caring, loving people to provide care to one/s family and friends. It was the best care provider I have used, and I have used many in the past. Thank you so much Nomase care.
