My mum has been a resident here for the past 10 months and despite a few hiccups and a bit of an adjustment period, she seems happy. I haven't spent a lot of time inside the home due to the pandemic, but what I have noted is a good level of care and content residents. Staff are kind and attentive, mum is always singing their praises which is great sign. The ladies on reception are a delight (Laura, Mariam & Mimi) and Juliana has been brilliant at dealing with any issues and communicating with me when necessary.

I have been working at Oatlands&Oatleigh Care Home for 4 years as a Activities Coordinator. Colleagues are nice and the Managment helpful and professional. I enjoy working here and interacting with the patrons and the whole team.
