N. H.Nan was a resident for over 2 years during her stay we was always made welcomed and was allowed to decorate her room as though she was still at home. Her stay was made easier by the staff on Bloomfield floor who helped settle her in and cared for her amazingly. The care they provided throughout and especially during lockdown we will always be thankful for . You all became like an extended part of my family. Once again I like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you done for my nan and also us .
S. H.My mum recently passed away, she had spent her last few years as a resident of Stamford care home. Over the years we have been amazed at the care and compassion mum had during her time at Stamford. The devotion and going the extra mile by all the staff was beyond excellence. During difficult covid times, staff would face time family each week for us to see and talk to mum. These special times will always stay in our hearts. As a family we would like to say Thank you to everyone working on Bloomfield unit for youre love and care during mum,s stay with you.
S. N.My late father was a resident For 5 years. The care he received was exceptional. He had dementia for almost 10 years and for the first 5 it was always a challenge to bathe him and keep him clean. Whilst in Stamford he developed a good rapport with the staff and was always well groomed and had the occasional hair cut. All the staff were very polite and well trained in the art of dealing with patients who have varying degrees of dementia. Thank you so much Joyce, Mary and the rest of the staff.
