We are very pleased with the care our father receives from Visiting Angels. All the carers are very kind and supportive to him. They are also very flexible with doing more or less visits as circumstances change. Very pleased we chose Visiting Angels for his care.

Visiting Angels are wonderful. They have been looking after my mother who is 93 years of age for the last few months and they are excellent. I wish I had found out about them sooner. My brother and I are very pleased with the service we have received from Visiting Angels since we chose them to provide support for our Mum (who has dementia) in March 2021. Their communication is excellent, they are flexible and have met all of our requirements, which have been many and constantly changing due to our Mum's recent operation. Staff are personable, helpful and genuinely want to do the best for our Mum. We feel so much happier with their help and can see how good it is for Mum, who took a while to come round to the idea of needing a carer, but straightaway took to them and really benefits from their visits.

Visiting Angels are absolutely amazing in every way! We suddenly needed urgent and total care for my mother whose condition sadly deteriorated very quickly, and Magda was (and continues to be) an absolute godsend. She completely takes the stress out of everything, no mean feat particularly in covid times, and has been on hand to help at all times. No question or request is ever too much, and take the stress out of everything. She and her incredible carers are just the most wonderful, kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable people and we could not ask for more. They go over and beyond every day, and we are so relieved and happy that my mother is in the most capable, kind and wonderful hands. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Visiting Angels has provided care support for my wife Christina who suffers from a progressive neurological condition in our London home. I’ve been impressed by how the company’s representative Magdalena Zieba has taken a lot of time and trouble to communicate with us and identify carers who would work best for my wife’s situation. This included fitting in well to the household, being kind and patient and exhibiting a strong level of professional capability. When needed adjustments were made to make the whole programme work very well indeed. We are grateful for the support provided.

Visiting Angels (West London) have been caring for my mum for 6 months and I have had no issues. They are truly angels as they found the best suited caregiver for my mum!
