G. T.From my perspective they have done the best they can to protect residents in lockdown. The staff I encounter are caring, loving, hardworking and go above and beyond. Tough time for them all.
G.My wife Janet has been on the Memory ward for seven weeks. When we started looking at Care Homes we were told by a number of people to never expect a perfect place. Well seven weeks on and so far they are wrong. Cliftonville could not be better in any way. The care, dedication and love all the staff give is just wonderful. They also extend that love and support to us as a family. There are also three "Pink Ladies", the Activity Team. They provide plenty of different event and are a constant joy and pleasure to see in action.
It is a lovely home but so much more as it is a home filled with love and care.

The decor and facilities are more like a hotel than a care home, and I witnessed many of the residents being treated with the utmost care.
Having experienced several care homes with my own family, this is clearly head and shoulders above anything else in the county.
