Not only did their ‘healthspan’ extend but their Quality Of Life improved. They found Richmond a welcoming environment and their new friends’, new interests, new activities and a wider community that they quickly came to call it "home".
Outstanding facilities, well maintained but it is the dedicated and caring staff that make the experience!

M. B.The staff here could not be more amazing. They are some of the kindest, most dedicated and wonderful people I have ever encountered. The residents are treated with so much care and respect. There are so many activities on offer for them, and great facilities. It is always immaculate and the environment is clean, homely and welcoming. The gardens are so beautiful, the food is great, cannot fault anything. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for these people and they are so accommodating. All staff here deserve massive thanks and respect for what they are doing, they really do go above and beyond. Cannot praise highly enough.

It is a fantastic place to work and together we create a fantastic environment for the residents to live. The village has a wonderful community feel and the facilities are far better than any other care setting I have worked in.
M. V.No idea what the care is like inside but I can tell you that when I have moved items in and out for families then I have only heard good words about the place. When you walk in the place is very clean and it has a great feel about the place. Certainly one of the better care homes I have had to deliver to.
