H. S.If I could give Availl 10 stars it wouldn't be enough! Through this extremely difficult time I do not know how we would cope without them. We were at a loss for Care for my mother during this situation but Availl managed to put an emergency Care package in place at short notice and have been amazing! All the carers are fantastic and the office staff keep us up to date Daily which really puts my mind at ease knowing she is in safe hands.
Can not thank them enough! Would highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to have shadow shift before my actual work to be able to have real taste of the actual working day. Good communication and engagement with the team members and had very flexible time. c. w.After to moving to Norwich with my business, avail were extremely useful, professional and communicated clearly to my admin team. the staff arrived on time and well mannered along with the correct training.
Availl Were on hand whenever needed as they use an out of office contact number which allows me and my staff to contact them out of office hours for emergencies and last minute cancellations.
Staff always seemed happy to work and often mentioned to my permanent staff how well they were treated.
a genuine 5 star company who i am happy to say have kept up a 5 star professional relationship.
C. O.I have used Availl recently to help out with my Mother who struggles with dementia. The staff who organised the visits were helpful, polite and covered the nights quickly (I requested them at last minute) and kept me up to date with their arrangements every step of the way. I would recommend using Availl if you're in need, you won't find a better agency in Norwich (speaking from experience as I have used a couple of others and been more than disappointed). I felt completely at ease leaving Mum in the hands of the carer that arrived and was able to enjoy my holiday thanks to Availl. They even told me that they were available 24/7 should I need anything!

G. G.I was working for the lovely team at Availl a while ago and cannot praise them highly enough. I was also aware of the malicious manner of Sammie Atman who has posted a completely untrue review of Availl and their Carers. I know the Carers done everything in their power to help Sammie Atman when she was making up stories about them and they still remained professional at all times and continued to go back and help her. Unfortunately some people seem to have nothing better to do than spin a web of lies and make up stories but they have no idea of the potential consequences. As you can read with Sammie Atman - she has also written nasty reviews about the local Council and Police! I would recommend Availl to anyone looking for help with Care due to their professionalism, hard working attitude and an obvious desire to help.
