I find it hard to comprehend just how excellent this care home really is. My father is extremely well looked after, physically and emotionally. He has his nutritional needs met to an extraordinary standard. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member - from healthcare assistants, maintenance man, kitchen staff and administrative staff. I found my fathers mental health has dramatically improved and his physical appearance has noticeably become much stronger. They ensure his spiritual needs are met, he is kept occupied by various activities. His hygiene needs are second to none. The facilities are spotless, the surrounding grounds are stunning and the building is maintained to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this care home to anybody looking.

This morning we had the pleasure of going to The Warren Care Home. My daughter had found a decorated rock & got to collect a prize! We got a very polite & friendly welcome. The staff were delightful & it was lovely to meet the residents too. I was very impressed by how clean but homely it felt. There was a genuinely warm feel about it. Thank you Warren Care Home!

As one of the General Managers for the East of England Ambulance Trust, I feel I should just comment on the continually positive feedback we receive from our staff who attend this care home. They always find the staff friendly, helpful, caring and super-efficient. Feedback about the activities co-coordinator, is always mentioned by the patients who rave about her innovative ideas which they seem to thoroughly enjoy. Well done all.

Went to visit a relative recently and was very impressed with the home itself as well as the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The home is warm, clean and everything is to a high standard. The staff seem kind, are friendly with residents and visitors alike and seem happy in their work and all of this makes for a great atmosphere. They genuinely appear to care for the residents and the residents seem very happy. I would highly recommend this care home.

I'm a local Vicar, and regularly come into the Warren to lead worship. I always feel warmly welcomed and appreciated by the residents and by Kirstie who coordinates activities. A happy place. Dean.

My daughter daisy and I recently completed the easter bunny trail, which she also won first prize in. This is our second trail we have taken part in this year the other being the scarcrow trail. Really impressed how much effort and care was taken to put these on for all families completely free of charge and getting the surrounding communities involved. We look forward to many more in the future.

I have been working with The Warren for a few months and I can only say this is a warm, welcoming and fun place to go to. The place is well managed, well looked after and the staff are delightful and so friendly. Every time I visit the home I leave feeling happy that the residents have a fabulous home where their needs are met. Such good times! Mr dod Fitness Chairecise specialist!

I am a singer / entertainer appearing at care homes etc. incl. The Warren, Sprowston on a regular basis.
Although this home is one of countless dozens I sing at, The Warren is only one of a small number that actually feels like a home, in the proper sense of the word. It's a homely, friendly and safe place in which the residents reside.
The staff and management (esp. Kirstie in 'Activities') are always welcoming, and the residents happy, alert and responsive to good entertainment.
If I had an elderly family member that required such care I would have no hesitation in recommending The Warren.

I am very lucky to be able to work closely with the staff at The Warren care home. I am in charge of an out of school club and we, myself and the children create and design special gestures for the residents to cheer them up and provide happiness. So far designing rainbows to brighten the rooms and more recently the children sent Easter cards. I know this link is fantastic for both the residents and our children. Looking forward to more projects together

The staff at The Warren are amazing. I teach the yoga on zoom and the staff are so supportive of me and the residents. Encouraging, fun and upbeat, such a lovely experience to teach there. The staff really make a difference to the residents life by remaining positive, caring and always with the residents needs first.
