K. I.New manager! New faces, lots of new changes , Amazing turn around in the last 6 months. New CQC report published with all the new changes. Very happy with all the staff and management at Giltbrook carehome and the new changes. Pop in to see yourself.
l. b.i put my mother in law into gilt brook care home as i needed a break i found the home clean tidy manager and staff were very careing mum room was big lots off activities when i visted mum was well cared for and i felt happy that i could go to bed knowing mum was safe and happy i have worked in care for 30 years i visted some home and stmosphere was bad i walk into gilt brook and just seeing resident and staff happy i knew this was the right place for mum i would like to say thank you to barbra the manager and staff for taken good care off mum and letting me have a break
