T. J.We love our care home, residents and family members. Families are so supportive to us and we respect them alot. Team at the home work really hard and the environment is beautiful
R. W.Our Mum has resided there for 18 months. She is very happy. The care she has been given is exemplary. Mum has some complex care needs and the staff have worked very hard to encorporate them into her daily routine. I have no concerns or worries about Mum, she has started to decline in her older age and the team are dealing with mum with the upmost respect and dignity. We are reassured every time we visit that she is in the best place for her and is safe and very well cared for.
G. R.My brother recently became a resident. He is bariatric, elderly and brain damaged. He is being treated with dignity and respect, being kept clean and motivated. The staff are dedicated and very friendly. There is a good choice of food at mealtimes or like my brother tends to do, ask for something else and they. oblige. The care home is very modern, spacious and immaculately clean, rooms are also spacious with on large suite shower bathroom. Previously in a care home at Kirkby for many years got put in hospital to o find a new home for him as his needs became more complex. My brother has been made to feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble for the staff. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
S. L.Clean and open plan facility, with staff visible and attentive when ever we visit. Good COVID precautions. Visitors have what they need and their difficult job appears to be done with great care. Many thanks for looking after our friend of 40 + years.
