N. K.The grand West Bridgeford states on it's website that it has a retail coffee shop, cinema etc, although these facilities were non-existent when I visited. The building as a whole seemed clean but I do think that they sometimes seem understaffed, potentially effecting the care of residents. Overall though, ok and better than the average care home.
C. T.Very good in looking after my Nana staff was very helpful only downside is coming to collect once arrive for a visit you have to wait for someone to come and get you! Other then that it's perfect care home
