Best care providers in the area! Great company, really do go the extra mile for the people they care for. Staff are supportive to families as well as the client. Would recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one. I worked with the company for 3 years and cannot fault them. (If I went back into care work I wouldn't work for anyone else). They always put the client first, but are equally supportive and accommodating to staff. You get plenty of time for your clients and are not rushed like some companys. Compassion is an important thing for clients along with other duties and it is great to get to know them well. 0ur experience with Home Instead has been an entirely positive one. Engaging care for our parents 4 years ago was a very daunting step. Mum had dementia and dad was her sole carer. When dad had a mild stroke they were both in their 90s and it very quickly became clear they could not cope with daily tasks alone. From day one the wonderful Home Instead staff guided us through the process and reassured us they could meet our parents needs. We needed care in place fairly quickly and once the home assessments were complete Home Instead were able to start. All the caregivers have been so dedicated, compassionate and reliable. They have provided companionship and wonderful care, often going above and beyond to make sure our parents were safe and happy. Their enthusiasm, patience, warmth and empathy was boundless. As a family we had total peace of mind, knowing our parents had the very best care and companionship at all times. Nothing has been too much trouble. When our parents needs changed, Home Instead anticipated this on many occasions and helped and advised us to adjust the care accordingly. The scheduling team were equally efficient. Sometimes our needs and dates changed at the last minute and they were always able to accommodate our changes. They never let us down once. The continuity of care provided allowed both our parents,and us as a family, to build a very special relationship with the caregivers. Without hesitation we recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one. They offer a truly personal service.

The care workers are friendly and flexible. They respond brilliantly to mine and my wife's needs. Mornings can get very fraught. I have a spinal cord injury and problems can arise with no notice. We are always treated with dignity and respect, whatever happens. They've helped us to have a life again. The office staff are also very helpful and professional.

My mum has recently moved into residential care after being supported for over 3 years at home by Home Instead. We have been bowled over by the quality of care provided during those 3 years. Carers are friendly, caring, go the extra mile, and become much more than carers - indeed good friends. Carers were always on time, communicated well and provided care that both supported and encouraged my mum to do as much as she could herself. They attended hospital and doctor appointments with her, and even drove her to the south coast so she could visit her 95 yr old mother! How many other care agencies will do that? We have been mightily impressed and will miss everyone - from managers, office staff and individual carers. Thank you!

My mother has been looked after by a carer from Home Instead Senior Care for the past six months, to help her with issues arising from her mild Alzheimer's. Her carer was very professional - always prompt, took initiative in organising things like hair appointments, loved her dog as well as caring for her (which was the way to my mother's heart) and relieved me of many of the regular checks my mother needed of supplies of medication, food in the fridge and so on. I felt I could totally rely on her and was very grateful for her help. The staff in the office were also extremely helpful and very considerate in the way they set up a good match between my mother and her carer in terms of interests and checked that all was going well. The only reason the care had to stop was that my mother moved away - I would gladly have continued with Home Instead, and so would my mother.
