J. K.I recently joined Nurseplus after reading some amazing reviews. The staff I have met have all been kind and helpful. The training was thorough and any questions or queries were answered in detail to insure we all understood. All residents are happy and well cared for. Managers in the office have been very helpful with any issues that have arisen, acted promptly to sort them and have been very welcoming. Staff on shadow shifts have been brilliant, helped with any worries and supported me to feel confident within the first few days! I can't wait to continue to achieve great things with Nurseplus.

They have made sure I am well trained and have always given me appropriate information so that I am well equipped to deliver the best service to our clients. I have been doing live in care and have had tremendous support from our administration team. There is always back up and good advice a telephone call away. I have really enjoyed delivering live in care because I have the opportunity to really get to know my clients and to work out how to improve their quality of life. Help them to deal with life situations and to carry on their hobbies and interests. Mostly to give them friendship and boost their confidence. I really feel I make a difference to that person which makes me feel glad that I am a carer.
B.Absolute beaut of a company to work for!
Have worked for Nurse Plus Plymouth for many years, and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon. I have never woke up thinking I don’t want to go work today. The clients are all a pleasure to visit and the office staff are always happy to help with ANYTHING or just for nice chat. Being a care assistant can be challenging at times, but is so rewarding knowing you are changing peoples lives. We have opportunities to further education, and 6 month - yearly training to keep up to date everything. Fantastic company!

I love working in care because I'm a very passionate, loyal and caring person. I love sitting with my clients and listening to what they have to say, wether it's about what they used to do or wether it's about their family, I'm always happy to listen.
I love going home at the end of the day knowing my clients have had the best care I could of possibly given them.
Nurseplus is a great company to work for as they have allowed me to work around my family life and have never complained if I've ever needed time off due to my girls being ill.
My fellow colleagues are absolutely amazing and we all get on so well, this also includes the office staff too. We're all like one big family and going to work doesn't feel like working it feels like helping vulnerable people who need my help and this is why I love what I do.

I have worked for Nurse Plus for about 6 years now and I love my job. They are supportive, caring and a great company to work for. Mondays are one of my favourite days and this is the longest job I have been in which says a lot. There is room to grow and further yourself if you want to.
