I have worked for Red Rose Care for over three years, I started as a senior carer, with the support from senior management with my personal development plan, I am now Registered Manager. I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years and I can honestly say Red Rose Care is by far the best care company I have ever worked for, it's a family run business who are passionate about the quality of care for all our clients, we have a fantastic care team who go above and beyond for our clients, we all work together as a team to support each other. We have a great induction process where all our staff feel welcomed and supported throughout their time at Red Rose Care. I would highly recommend Red Rose Care to anyone looking for care for their loved ones in their own homes and to anyone looking for a career in Domiciliary Home Care.

I have worked for Red Rose Care for just over 4 years now, and having worked for other care companies in the past, i can say that the service and support they provide to staff and clients is outstanding. All staff at Red Rose Care receive full training upon starting, and are supported throughout their role. Management are very approachable and the rota team are very accommodating to ensure you have the right work/life balance! There are always opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge and progress my career here, ensuring myself and the care team can provide excellent high quality care to those we support in the community. Management and the staff in the office are always so supportive, understanding and helpful. I have worked for Red Rose Care since March 2021. Red Rose Care are a fantastic company to work for; They are person centred and care about all their staff, clients and their families. All staff members (carers and office staff) are extremely approachable and there is always someone there to talk to should you need them. Red Rose Care are also flexible to allow work to fit around your family life and commitments and they support you in achieving your career goals and progression. The office and management team are approachable and understanding as well as going out of their way to help cover calls when we are short staffed. The other carers are kind and considerate to all the clients and we really pull together to work as a team!

Management are approachable along with welcoming office staff and atmosphere furthermore, care staff are a fat team too. Although, work in office have been out into the community regularly working with clients, their families and staff members. Definitely recommended.
