My wife helped a local friend move in & he’s very happy, his neighbour moved there in 2020 and recommended it above anywhere else in Reading

My mother was here for respite for two weeks, and she thoroughly enjoyed it! Said the food was delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive. Natsayi and Gina listened to me, and answered all my questions as this was my first time putting mother in respite. Can’t recommend this beautiful place higher.

Although he was only with you for a couple of weeks, it was long enough for us to see the exceptional level of care you all show. Wonderful home with amazing staff, the care home manager in particular is exceptional! Ibe never had a bad experience anytime I’ve visited and my mother has expressed that she’s happy with the service and Care.

I had the opportunity to spend some time at Austen House. Some really great staff, who have been a pleasure to work with and get to know.
