My Homecare team have been caring for our mother with Dementia for almost a year now. We could not manage at home without their support, advice and care. We have received the upmost professional and respectful support from management and her regular carers. Communication with the team is quick and easy, we feel listened to and any concerns or queries with Mums care are very quickly resolved. We work very much as a team around Mum, helping her and supporting us so she stay at home and be treated with the dignity and respect she deserves as this cruel disease progresses.

My home care have been caring for my mother-in-law for the past year. She is 94 and has dementia with multiple health issues. As is often the case in this age group, her needs have changed quickly and considerably over this period. She is now immobile and has acquired an armoury of ever changing equipment to assist her needs at home. My Homecare has taken it all in their stride; they have been an absolute godsend and have provided continuity, reassurance and unrivalled care during this unsettling year. They have provided an exemplary service and we would not have coped without their steadfast support. It is a credit to them that my mother-in-law has been able to remain happy and comfortable at home, according to her wishes. From the outset, My Homecare has provided accurate assessment, insightful and thoughtful management plans according to ever changing needs and outstanding care. My mother in law has developed wonderful relationships with each member of the team - looking forward to their visits and enjoying their company. They are not only professional, reliable, dedicated and extremely proficient but also kind, respectful, good humoured and they genuinely care for their clients. They are a close team who work incredibly well together, have great communication - with each other, with me and with other health professionals and agencies involved in our care. They demonstrate swift initiative to deal with the unexpected and are able to respond and adapt quickly to any change in need. I have great respect for the team and care managers who are extremely knowledgeable & experienced. They are always available to discuss any concerns which arise as needs change and they find quick and seamless solutions to any problems. I am frequently reassured by their sound advice. We feel very fortunate to have found My Homecare. They have made a world of difference to my mother-in-law and also to me. There are always new challenges to navigate and inevitable worries to shoulder when caring for an elderly relative, but I have complete confidence in the team to help and guide us through. I can rest easy & feel reassured in the knowledge that we couldn't be in better hands. I highly recommend My Homecare and cannot thank them enough.

My Homecare team have been caring for my mother for over 2 years. Mum is 97 with severe dementia, I live over 100 miles away and could not manage without their support. Carers visit twice a day and are excellent. I have received the upmost support from the whole team, communication is quick and easy, any problems (caused by mums idiosyncrasies ) and queries/worries I may have are dealt with quickly and effectively. I am particularly impressed with the team’s manager - She fully understands mum’s needs , gives good sensible advice and is always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure mum’s needs are met , this has been particular so during the current pandemic. I know that if carers have any concerns with mum I will be quickly contacted and a way forward agreed. The service provided has enabled mum to stay safely in her own home. I am very grateful. My Home care have been looking after my aged mother in law for over 2 years. She is 98,profoundly deaf and severely sight impaired. All the staff, management and carers alike, have worked hard to care for her, visiting 4 times a day. They cater well for her changing needs and keep me informed of things she may need or problems she is having. Laila is always available at the end of the phone to deal with any problems. We couldn't manage without Myhomecare. Thankyou to all the staff for their endless patience.

My Homecare management is friendly, open and honest. They deal with any problems quickly and efficiently and my regular carers perform to a high standard.

Laila and her team at my homecare are amazing.my nan tried multiple care agencies and never found one that satisfied all of her needs. She had three specific carers carol an charlea and athena who all made my nan feel especially comfertable in her own home which is important.
