My wife did not survive a horrific accident we had at Waterloo Station back in October 21. I spent some time in Southampton General Hospital and on December 1st my brother put me into West Cliff Hall Residential and I have now been here for seven months. The staff have been very supportive, the accomodation is very comfortable ,the food is excellent and the mediction for all is covered by visits from the local surgury on two days of the week. Not only is the enthusiasm of the residents encouraged but we are entertained by visiting artists The company mini-bus takes to points of interested in the New Forest and even some where taken sailing at the local dissabled sailing centre. West Cliff Hall is high on a hill , a very impressive building with views of Southampton Docks and the constant movement of cruise liners to the North and the New Forest to the South. A wonderfull place to retire if you have any medical problems.

Westcliff Hall is a very welcoming care home. It's in a beautiful setting over looking southampton waters. Friendly staff, with high standards of care. Wonderful activities available for residents within the home or trips out.

I once worked at this care/nursing home, I loved working there and the care was second to none. I took pride in my work and providing the residents with the care I would like to receive in my last years on this earth. All the staff I worked with worked incredibly hard to provide the residents with the upmost care and dignity they they as people deserve. I would like to return to working here in the future as I felt I was giving back into society and earning for my family.. the training and opportunities at this care/nursing home are great and you can 100% further your career. Beautiful building and grounds and the food is specific to each resident and their needs.

My father-in-law was fortunate to spend the last 5 months of his life in this wonderful home. He was not a well man but the staff really looked after him superbly. He appreciated the lovely building and the surroundings, particularly the views over Southampton water. The care given to him , and the rest of the family throughout his stay, could not be faulted.

My Nan came to West Cliff at the beginning of the pandemic and has grown in strength and confidence. The home have provided safe visits (in accordance with the government guidance) using their innovative ways to ensure my Mum and my Nan can still see each other at this difficult time. Her stay at West Cliff has been made more enjoyable because of the fun activities they provide. Upon my Nan deciding to move to West Cliff, we as a family were naturally cautious but she’s the happiest I’ve seen in a very long time and we haven’t looked back. Thank you West Cliff Hall Team.

This care home is beautiful inside and out, with amazing views across the water and you can even watch the cruise ships come and go or spot the nature in the wonderful woodland back drop. The staff are all so welcoming and really make you feel like family! The residents are always happy and the activities team really know how to make them smile! The Facebook page is always full of lovely stories, pictures and updates. I would highly recommend 👍

My mother has been a resident of West Cliff Hall for nearly a year now, so I thought that I really ought to write and say how happy we have been with their dedicated work. My mother could not have asked for better care. the whole team, even including the maintenance man!, have been extremely helpful and friendly. it is a great relief that she is in such a wonderful home in these difficult times.

As a contractor I visit this home weekly. The residents are always smiling and happy. The staff are friendly and constantly on the go seeing to the needs of the residents or organising activities and events. I chat to the residents when they are in the garden and I've never heard a complaint ...just happy , settled and contented people.

My nan lived at Westcliff hall, they could provided the care my grandad was unable to. My nan moving to Westcliff was very difficult for my grandad but my grandad was fully supported and involved in the whole process. Westcliff have supportive management, amazing staff, fantastic food, stunning views, the rooms are beautiful, and the activity program is incredible. They offer person centred care and everyone was so experienced. We think they are doing the most amazing job.
