Penponds is my first ever care job and I can tell already I've chosen the best company. Despite being new, all the carers and management are so welcoming and lovely. I've learnt so much already in my little time of working here. Everyone is always there to help and support you in any way that they can. Everyone does the absolute most and more for the people they care for. I couldn't reccomend this company enough.

Penponds are a happy kind and thoughtful company. Nothing it too much for the carers or managers to do. A great support network means the working day runs smoothly and therefore the carers can spend all their time caring for the client's needs. Penponds works closely with everyone's extended family to make sure no one's voice is unheard.

I came over to penponds as a carer from previous care company's. I can not begin to explain how different it is. Penponds managers and carers have shown me that not all care company's are the same. They are supportive, encouraging, kind and caring people who are always there to help. I now can not imagine my self working anywhere else. My only regret is that I didn't come over to penponds sooner

Fantastic , caring , client focused services provided by a dedicated and highly professional team of carers. I am able to directly compare Penponds with other health and social care providers within both hospital and community settings. Penponds stands head and shoulders above.

We used Penponds for a few years after they were recommended by SBC. They have a few staff that really care about live in family’s and their needs however, some of their staff seem too busy to carry out basic tasks like keeping bathrooms clean or cleaning up after themselves. They left a lot of the cleaning for me to do including washing soiled clothes and bedding. They seem to have grown their business too quickly for the staff and the staff seem to be rushed off their feet. We had a complaint about a member of staff and it wasn’t dealt with in the correct manner. The company seems very clicky. Even though most staff are friendly and looked after husbands grandad ok they didn’t have the time to really care about his needs or live in family needs. I wouldn’t use them again.

I am a new carer to penponds homecare in the 3 months I have worked for them it really shows they are a strong and hard working team. Everyone is so friendly and caring. They all go above and beyond for the people they care for on a daily basis.
