My husband works for Care At Home in Warrington and he has never been happier. He's worked in care for a long time and has never had such a great work/life balance. His Manager is very supportive and obviously cares about him and his family and those of the rest of the staff team. The Care staff he works with are a great team and they are clearly well managed. My family and I would like to thank the management and the rest of the staff for making this such a great place to work.

I have worked for Care at Home Group now for just over a year, spending most of my time caring within the community. However, the support and guidance I have received from the management team has allowed me to progress further within the company. Care at Home Group have amazing an set of values and this is reflective on the level of care that our clients receive on a daily basis. There is always someone at the end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering advice or a second opinion when needed.

What a wonderful place to work as a manager. The senior management team are particularly supportive and friendly. After working in different businesses including the government bodies, I haven't found this level of friendly support before. Even the MD answers the phone and will quite happily accept managers and staff views and suggestions. A staff steering committee is just about to be launched to give staff the chance to work on exciting projects. I have never worked in a business quite like this before! The ethos is exactly what it should be. Proud to be part of the team!

Every member of staff makes you feel welcome and it’s very easy to learn on the job when you have the best people around you! I’ve worked for Care At Home now for 6 months and joining the team here was the best decision I have ever made. I’ve worked for lots of home care providers in Warrington, Liverpool and Aldersley Edge but CAHG is definitely head and shoulders above the rest. Care At home looked after my Grandma temporarily to help her get back on her feet. With their help, she no longer needs their support but when she did, they were lifesavers...literally. It took a long time and a lot of attempts to find a care company who would come out to Culcheth and care for nan the way we wanted and when we found Care at home, we were over the moon.
